Stan’s entrepreneurial roots first appeared at age 15 when he started a small manufacturing company for wholesale and retail office products. He went on to gain a degree in Computer Information Systems and joined Tyson Foods, Inc. in 1985.
At Tyson Stan was a leader at Tyson in the transition from a classic mainframe technology approach to a network systems based approach featuring desktop computers and a robust server environment. Stan developed the organization and tools for the management of thousands of personal computers across over 20 states.
Stan entrepreneurial roots came to the surface again in 2007 as he joined Steve Hankins in the creation of Accio.US.

- Leadership of multiple change management and process re-engineering efforts
- Development and implementation of Balanced Scorecard performance management systems
- Development of network management, server administration and monitoring and reporting processes
