Our Assessment process identifies security and other weaknesses, needs, and most importantly, cost savings opportunities related to your technology environment. During this process we will:

  • Conduct a high level security audit of your environment; including data network and systems security strategies implemented
  • Review server configurations and operating status
  • Review and test existing backup and recovery strategies and procedures
  • Inventory and review software in use, including license status and operating system levels, patches, and patch upgrade strategy.
  • Inventory and review all vendor contracts – voice plans, data plans, and maintenance contracts related to technology
  • Identify security, efficiency, performance and cost reduction opportunities
  • Work with management to develop specific action plans to address opportunities
